Maximum Impact CrossFit provides a complete core strength and conditioning program. The program incorporates monostructural skills such as, cycling, rowing, jogging/running, jump rope and box jumps etc. It also includes basic gymnastic skills and thier progressions and weightlifting. The program is detailed and progressive uses a variety of movements in each of the modalities listed above which are the movements we use daily yet at an intensity set for each individual assesed at thier level of fitness. We provide personal training and beginner's program in order to transition each new individual into the group class with ease.
